The Love of God

1. God Loves Everyone

God loves everyone, so much so, that he wanted to find a way to bring us to heaven to be with Him for all eternity. The story starts out with a God of incredible love.

John 3:16-17 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Romans 5:7-8 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

He demonstrated how great His love is for all of us that he came to earth to die for us.

2. Just believe, and have faith in what Christ has done for you on the cross.

Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

This is something you must do, you must stop and pray to God, tell Him you believe that Christ died for your sins. Tell Him you believe He was buried and that he arose from the grave. Admit to God you are a sinner and ask Him to forgive you all your sins and make you one of his Children and He will do it.
